As a passionate baker and cook from a young age, there is not much I won't make. Covering everything from handmade pasta and sophisticated dinners to artisan breads and showcase deserts. I also love fermentation and produce plenty of yogurt, kombucha, sauerkraut, etc.  Along my journey I aspire to bring good food to all those around me, including you!
